Resource Manager – Solar, BESS & EV

About the role

We are a fast‑growing renewable energy company seeking an experienced Resource Manager to support project delivery, workforce planning and procurement across Solar, BESS, EV and heat‑network projects in Berlin.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess resource requirements for multiple project teams.
• Develop and implement resource management plans to maximise efficiency.
• Track resource usage, flag bottlenecks and resolve conflicts.
• Collaborate with project managers to allocate staff, equipment and materials according to project needs.
• Optimise utilisation and propose process improvements.
• Report resource status and utilisation metrics to senior management.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in resource or procurement management, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent German (B2) and English (B2) language proficiency.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Familiarity with resource management software (any).
