About the role

We are seeking a Retail Logistics Business Partner to shape JD's retail e‑commerce logistics strategy across Europe. You will act as the key logistics liaison, driving innovative solutions that support rapid retail growth and ensure sustainable business development.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse JD's retail e‑commerce development strategy in Europe and identify logistics business needs.
• Participate in retail business planning and design efficient, innovative logistics solutions.
• Serve as JD Logistics' representative, building and maintaining strategic partnerships with European retail teams.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure smooth project execution.
• Explore new collaboration models and develop a logistics ecosystem, working closely with finance to optimise service standards and pricing.
• Build and improve internal organisational structures, coordinating resources across product lines and operational units.
• Lead project teams, defining roles and overseeing all project phases from initiation to closure.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics and retail e‑commerce environments.
• Strong project‑management capabilities with a track record of delivering cross‑functional initiatives.
• Ability to establish and nurture strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset to assess business needs and develop innovative logistics solutions.
