About the role

Apple Retail is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team that delivers exceptional customer experiences in an Apple Store. You will actively engage with customers and team members, ensuring business priorities are met while fostering an inclusive culture.

Key responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team to achieve performance and developmental goals.
Participate in floor leadership by interacting with team members and customers throughout the store.
Address customer and team member concerns, escalating when necessary.
Plan and execute operational strategies to meet store performance targets.
Uphold company policies, protect assets, and maintain confidentiality.
Contribute to an inclusive environment and model Apple’s values of diversity.

Required profile

Availability to work a schedule that may include nights and weekends, in line with local laws.
Proficiency in English and the local language, both written and spoken.
Experience leading others in retail, sales, or a related field.
