Robotics Support Engineer (m/f/d)

About the role

RobCo is expanding its autonomous industrial robotics portfolio and needs a Robotics Support Engineer to ensure customers’ systems run reliably. You will maintain, troubleshoot and optimise robotic installations, providing both on‑site and remote assistance across Germany.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and replace components on existing robotic systems and quickly restore production capabilities.
• Optimise robot performance using Robflow’s no‑code programming interface, fine‑tuning positions and processes.
• Provide remote diagnostics, problem‑solving and technical guidance to customers.
• Proactively assess processes, identify potential issues early and feed insights back to product development.
• Collaborate with Solution Engineering and Product Development teams to improve future system designs.

Required profile

• Education in automation technology (e.g., mechatronics or electronics technician/engineer).
• Initial experience commissioning or maintaining automation solutions and a strong enthusiasm for technical challenges.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel up to 70 % of the time across Germany.
• Precise documentation habits and clear communication skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent German and good English.
