About the role

We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our Max Mara store in Munich. The role focuses on delivering the brand’s DNA to customers, creating an engaging in‑store experience and contributing to sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a high‑quality in‑store experience.
• Demonstrate thorough product and brand knowledge acquired through training.
• Execute the brand’s selling ceremony and visual merchandising standards.
• Identify and convert new customers while nurturing existing client relationships.
• Achieve store sales targets and key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication abilities.
• Fluency in English and German.
