About the role
AIRS Medical is seeking an energetic Sales Development Representative to join its EMEA sales team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, driving new business opportunities for the company’s AI‑powered medical imaging solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients across the EMEA region.
- Generate qualified leads by understanding client needs and positioning AIRS Medical’s products.
- Conduct high‑volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, site visits, and social selling.
- Qualify inbound leads to ensure they match the ideal customer profile.
- Schedule meetings or calls between prospects and the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to align lead‑generation strategies.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and market insights.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead‑generation targets.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Hunter mentality with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
