Sales Development Representative – Remote (Germany)

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound phone outreach to plant managers, maintenance leaders, safety officers and executives to start conversations and book qualified meetings.
• Prepare and execute trade‑show strategies: pre‑work attendee lists, schedule booth meetings, and follow‑up with leads while interest is hot.
• Qualify prospects quickly, assess pain points, urgency and decision‑making authority, then hand off detailed briefs to account executives.
• Identify and engage sister‑site contacts once a plant is satisfied, expanding the footprint across multiple facilities.

Required profile

• Persistent hunter who thrives on cold calling, handles rejection and consistently books meetings.
• Sharp communicator able to secure a busy plant manager’s attention and keep the dialogue flowing.
• Curious about industrial operations and eager to learn the technical environment of customers.
• Organized with disciplined CRM hygiene and follow‑up practices.
