Sales & Market Manager – DACH Region

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Market Manager to lead our business in the DACH region for a global premium outdoor building‑materials manufacturer. The role is fully responsible for driving revenue, expanding market presence and building strong distributor networks across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve growth targets in the DACH market.
• Identify, onboard and manage relationships with distributors, dealers and contractors.
• Generate new business opportunities by engaging architects, planners and specifiers.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports and monitor performance against objectives.
• Deliver product training and provide technical and commercial support to partners.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, trade shows and brand positioning.

Required profile

• 5–10+ years of sales or business development experience in building materials or construction.
• Proven track record of market development and revenue growth.
• Experience working with distributor, dealer and contractor networks.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Self‑driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
