About the role

Join Levi's® as a Sales Stylist in Berlin, working 20 hours per week to help customers discover their perfect fit. You will be the face of the brand, creating a welcoming environment where fashion enthusiasts feel confident and inspired.

Key responsibilities

• Build genuine, one‑to‑one connections with shoppers and deliver exceptional service.
• Share product knowledge and styling advice that encourages confidence.
• Handle store operations such as tills, fitting rooms, and stock replenishment.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation.
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets while keeping the store inviting.

Required profile

• A passion for fashion and helping people express themselves through style.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑first attitude.
• Curiosity, adaptability and a desire for continuous learning.
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
