SAP AI & BTP Senior Consultant/Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP AI & BTP Senior Consultant or Manager to design and deliver innovative SAP cloud and AI solutions for enterprise clients across Germany. You will work closely with customers to shape digital transformation strategies using SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP Business AI and SAP S/4HANA.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement solutions on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Build cloud‑native applications using SAP Build and SAP CAP.
• Develop extensions for SAP S/4HANA following the Clean Core approach.
• Deliver AI‑powered business applications with SAP Business AI, Joule and Generative AI.
• Design and implement integrations using SAP Integration Suite.
• Lead customer workshops, gather requirements and provide strategic consulting.
• Create scalable solution architectures and technical roadmaps.
• Support pre‑sales activities, proposals and presentations.
• Mentor junior consultants and help grow the SAP AI & BTP practice.

Required profile

• 3+ years of SAP consulting experience (Senior) or 6+ years for manager level.
• Strong consulting, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluent in English; German is preferred.
• Based in Germany and able to work in a hybrid model.
• Proven experience leading workshops and solution design.
