SAP QM Consultant – Lead Consultant (Principal)

About the role

Infosys is looking for an experienced SAP QM Consultant to lead end‑to‑end implementations and support of SAP S/4HANA Quality Management across multiple German locations. You will work on both green‑field and brown‑field projects, collaborating with business stakeholders, IT teams and project leadership to deliver high‑quality, compliant solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA Quality Management.
• Facilitate requirement‑gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional designs.
• Integrate on‑premise solutions with SAP Business Rules Hub (BRH) and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) / Fiori applications.
• Design, configure, customize and test SAP QM solutions, ensuring integration with SAP PP, PM, MM, SD and WM/EWM.
• Document functional specifications, test cases and results.
• Mentor junior team members and act as a subject‑matter expert.

Required profile

• Strong consulting experience in SAP QM.
• Implementation experience in the life‑sciences industry.
• Hands‑on experience configuring SAP S/4HANA QM and BRH (including IHLS/CPI).
• Proven ability to integrate external systems such as LIMS, GLIMS, IXOS, 1QEM and 3PL platforms.
• Knowledge of standard QM functions (batch management, quality certificates, notifications, etc.).
