SAP S/4 Data Migration Consultant – Principal Consultant

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead end‑to‑end data migration for large‑scale SAP S/4HANA transformations. You will design and execute the migration strategy, ensuring high‑quality, business‑ready data in the target SAP environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and deliver the complete data migration strategy for S/4HANA projects.
• Lead all migration lifecycle phases: assessment, profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, validation, reconciliation, mock loads, and cut‑over.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional and technical teams, and SAP experts to drive data governance, quality, and compliance.
• Oversee the Data Migration Factory and provide leadership to global migration teams.
• Manage migration risks, dependencies, and timelines to ensure a seamless go‑live with minimal disruption.

Required profile

• Proven SAP data migration experience with at least two full‑cycle S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA migration tools and ETL processes.
• Ability to coordinate and maintain repeatable data load and migration processes.
• Experience collaborating with clients to guide data extraction, cleansing, mapping, and loading.
• Accountable for ETL design and implementation and capable of leading global cross‑functional teams.
