SAP Technical Administrator – SAP Basis & S/4HANA

About the role

Join HCLTech as an SAP Technical Administrator, where you will act as the primary technical liaison for customers, guiding them through SAP innovations and ensuring smooth operation of their SAP environments.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers on technology discussions and technical issue escalations.
• Analyze customers' business goals and challenges to recommend appropriate SAP solutions and services.
• Promote SAP Enterprise Cloud Services offerings that add measurable value.
• Provide deep expertise on SAP S/4HANA architecture, conversion, migration paths, methodologies, and tools.
• Understand and support SAP high‑availability and disaster‑recovery architectures, including network and virtual technologies such as load balancers and virtual machines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SAP Technical Administration with strong SAP Basis knowledge.
• Solid background in SAP solutions, cloud technologies, and SAP product portfolio.
• Good understanding of S/4HANA architecture, migration tools, and SAP HANA.
• Experience in technical architecture, implementation, and change management.
• Fluent in German and English (C1/C2 level).
