SCM Specialist – Supply Chain Management (Frankfurt)

About the role

Join LG Chem Europe GmbH as an SCM Specialist in Frankfurt and take ownership of the end‑to‑end supply chain, from purchasing to delivering finished products to customers. You will work closely with sales, logistics partners and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete supply chain process, from purchasing to end‑customer delivery.
• Coordinate inventory levels, purchase orders, delivery processing and inbound/outbound logistics.
• Monitor compliance with warehousing and logistics service contracts.
• Oversee transportation chain and logistics processes.
• Review and process logistics‑related costs.
• Conduct monthly stock analysis, on‑site inventory checks and closing of inventory levels.
• Handle customer service inquiries, complaints and invoicing.
• Maintain close communication with sales, customers and logistics partners.
• Perform customs clearance, duty management and supplier invoice processing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent qualification.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with PC applications (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Knowledge of SAP (ERP) is preferred.
• Business‑level fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.
