SEA Team Lead

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on SEA expert who enjoys both optimizing campaigns and leading people. As the SEA Team Lead you will drive execution excellence across our performance‑marketing business while mentoring a small, high‑performing team of SEA Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of SEA Managers, providing coaching and development.
• Manage a selection of accounts personally to stay sharp and close to the work.
• Act as the SEA subject‑matter expert across the organisation.
• Own the SEA technology stack and drive adoption of new tools, automation and platform features.
• Serve as the primary contact with Google, Microsoft and other key SEA partners.

Required profile

• Several years of hands‑on experience managing and scaling SEA campaigns with a strong focus on ROI.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring teams, with examples of helping team members develop.
• Deep expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, bidding strategies, conversion tracking and modern SEA tooling.
