Senior Account Executive – Automotive & Manufacturing (German speaking)

About the role

Iron Mountain is looking for a Senior Account Executive to drive new‑logo acquisition across the Automotive, Manufacturing and Logistics sectors in Germany. The role is hybrid, with remote work and travel as needed, and focuses on selling enterprise‑level information‑management solutions to large customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and secure net‑new enterprise clients in the target verticals.
• Build consultative relationships with C‑level executives and key stakeholders to understand business objectives.
• Design and sell tailored information‑management solutions, translating complex requirements into clear value propositions.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline, manage negotiations and RFP processes, and consistently exceed new‑business quotas.
• Act as an industry expert, providing insights on sector‑specific challenges and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Solutions, Operations and Legal to ensure seamless delivery and customer success.

Required profile

• Proven track record of acquiring large enterprise accounts, preferably in Manufacturing, Automotive or Logistics.
• Strong experience with strategic solution selling and ability to influence C‑suite decision makers.
• Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
