Senior Analyst/Associate – Real Estate Asset Management

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Analyst/Associate to join our Asset Management team in Berlin. The role supports the execution of asset strategies across a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate investments and collaborates closely with acquisitions, finance, leasing and operating teams to drive value‑creation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support active management of a portfolio of commercial real estate assets across Germany and Europe.
• Develop and maintain financial models, business plans, and cash‑flow analyses.
• Monitor asset performance against underwriting assumptions and annual budgets.
• Identify and implement value‑enhancing initiatives such as leasing strategies, capex programmes, refinancing opportunities, and operational improvements.
• Prepare investment committee materials, portfolio reviews, and investor reporting packages.
• Coordinate with property managers, leasing agents, technical advisors, and external stakeholders.
• Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting, and hold/sell analyses.
• Support acquisitions and dispositions through underwriting, due diligence, and asset transitions.
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to support strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• 2‑6 years of experience in asset management, acquisitions, investment management, valuation, or real‑estate advisory.
• Strong analytical abilities and financial‑modelling capabilities.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Experience with Argus (advantageous).
