Senior Brand Designer – Fully Remote (Germany)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Brand Designer to lead the evolution of our global brand identity. Working fully remotely from Germany, you will shape visual storytelling across digital and offline channels, influencing how the brand is perceived worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end brand design projects, from concept through final execution.
• Create visual assets such as landing pages, digital campaigns, social media content, email designs, presentations, and sales materials.
• Develop and maintain brand systems to ensure consistency and modern visual expression.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and cross‑functional teams to translate business goals into compelling designs.
• Adapt assets for various formats including digital ads, web platforms and offline materials.
• Contribute to brand strategy, visual identity, storytelling and design standards.
• Mentor and support fellow designers, fostering feedback and design excellence.
• Continuously refine design processes to deliver pixel‑perfect, high‑quality work.

Required profile

• 5+ years of brand design experience, preferably in innovative or high‑growth global companies.
• Strong portfolio showcasing clean, modern aesthetics, typographic expertise and innovative thinking.
• Proven ability to manage projects independently from idea generation to delivery.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for mentoring and team development.

Required skills

What we offer

• Annual base salary between $116,250 and $130,750 (USD).
• Fully remote work with flexible hours.
