Senior Business Travel Consultant – French Speaking

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Travel Consultant who will deliver a seven‑star, highly personalised service to senior leaders, executives and high‑value corporate clients. The role requires managing complex, time‑critical itineraries and acting as a trusted advisor for VIP travellers.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end management of executive and VIP corporate travel, including air, hotel, ground transport and bespoke requests.
• Provide expert recommendations that align with traveller preferences, company policy and duty‑of‑care requirements.
• Handle urgent, high‑impact travel disruptions with speed, empathy and precision.
• Deliver a proactive, anticipatory experience while meeting productivity and CSAT targets.
• Act as a trusted advisor rather than a simple booking agent.

Required profile

• Strong background in hospitality, premium travel or luxury customer service.
• Experience in contact‑centre operations where productivity, efficiency and customer satisfaction must coexist.
• Comfortable working at pace, making confident decisions on behalf of discerning clients.
• Fluent French speaking.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre or equivalent.
