Senior Cloud Developer – SURU Connect

About the role

As a Senior Cloud Developer you will design, build and operate cloud‑native applications that are core to SURU Connect and SURU SignalHub. You will work across the full solution lifecycle, turning customer and business needs into scalable, secure and reliable digital products.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain APIs, background services, data‑processing pipelines and modern Blazor web applications for SURU Connect and SURU SignalHub.
• Build event‑driven, distributed solutions on AWS using managed services, messaging, databases and Infrastructure as Code.
• Integrate IoT devices, connectivity providers, external platforms and customer systems, selecting appropriate technologies and architectural patterns.
• Own solutions from concept through architecture, implementation, deployment, monitoring and production operation.
• Continuously improve reliability, scalability, security, observability, performance and delivery automation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, especially with cloud‑based or distributed applications.
• Strong professional experience with C# and modern .NET (ASP.NET Core, asynchronous programming, dependency injection, testing).
• Practical experience designing and operating applications on AWS.
• Proficiency in English and German (minimum B1).
