Senior Commercial Producer (m/f/d)

About the role

As a Senior Commercial Producer you will manage end‑to‑end campaign productions, ensuring smooth execution, high creative standards, and timely delivery. You will be an integral part of Westwing’s Marketing team, based in Munich.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end productions from initial briefing through final delivery, guaranteeing projects are on time, within budget and meet premium quality standards.
• Coordinate project setups, production schedules, post‑production, multi‑channel asset delivery and all related documentation such as PPMs, call sheets, contracts and travel logistics.
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Brand and external production partners to bring concepts to life while ensuring feasibility.
• Enable creative development by providing production expertise, talent research, supplier recommendations and feasibility checks.
• Drive seamless execution across the full production lifecycle, act as the main point of contact, resolve challenges and integrate AI‑driven production solutions.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in production management within a production company, agency or comparable in‑house creative environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple productions simultaneously from briefing to final delivery.
• Strong project‑management skills with excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, hands‑on mindset and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced international environment.
• Attention to detail, high standards for creative quality and a keen interest in production innovation and emerging technologies, including AI.
• Fluency in English; German is a strong plus.
