Senior Consultant – AI Training & Evaluation

About the role

We are building a Management Consulting domain that translates real-world consulting engagements into structured learning environments for advanced AI systems. As a Senior Consultant you will work remotely to design realistic consulting scenarios that help train next‑generation generative models.

Key responsibilities

• Build realistic consulting project environments, creating detailed scenarios with industry context, financials, constraints, and incomplete information.
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents, covering market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, operational diagnosis, benchmarking, and more.
• Define evaluation criteria and quality standards, developing grading frameworks, rubrics, and golden‑answer solutions for each task.
• Collaborate with the AI team to integrate these tasks into an LLM‑based grading system that evaluates AI outputs at scale.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at a top‑tier strategy firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, Strategy&).
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems into analytical plans.
• Experience building financial models, market analyses, and synthesizing findings from messy inputs.
• Track record of delivering client‑ready recommendations under time pressure and defending recommendations under uncertainty.

Required skills

• No deep technical background required; onboarding to lightweight tools will be provided.
