Über die Position

Als Senior DevOps Engineer (m/w/d) bei HyPlus Solutions in Ratingen bist du verantwortlich für die ganzheitliche Gestaltung, Automatisierung und den stabilen Betrieb moderner IT‑Systemlandschaften.

Hauptaufgaben

  • Konzeption und Betrieb von CI/CD‑Pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins) für Continuous Integration und Delivery.
  • Administration und Weiterentwicklung von Linux‑basierten Umgebungen, Microservices und Web‑Applikationen.
  • Implementierung und Betrieb von Container‑Technologien (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift) inkl. Enterprise‑Cluster‑Administration.
  • Einrichtung und Pflege von Infrastruktur‑as‑Code (Ansible, Terraform) sowie Scripting (Shell, Go, Python).
  • Integration von AI‑assisted Engineering (Claude Code) und Aufbau von LLMOps‑Plattformen.
  • Monitoring und Observability mit Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Elastic und Incident‑Handling im 3rd‑Level‑Support.

Anforderungsprofil

  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im DevOps‑Umfeld.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse von GitLab und anderen DevOps‑Plattformen.
  • Erfahrung mit Kubernetes und/oder Red Hat OpenShift 4, inkl. Cluster‑Administration.
  • Praxis mit Cloud‑Providern (Azure, AWS, GCP) und CI/CD‑Tools.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Ansible, Terraform, Shell, Go oder Python.
  • Erfahrung mit Docker, Monitoring‑Tools und Security‑Frameworks (BSI‑Grundschutz, Zero Trust, Secret Management).
  • Deutsch und Englisch auf C1/C2‑Niveau, Wohnsitz in Deutschland.

Erforderliche Kenntnisse

  • Linux‑Systemadministration.
  • Container‑Orchestrierung (Kubernetes, OpenShift).
  • Cloud‑Services (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • CI/CD‑Pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins).
  • Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform).
  • Scripting (Shell, Go, Python).
  • Monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Elastic).
  • Security (BSI‑Grundschutz, Zero Trust, LDAP, SAML, OIDC, OAuth2).
