Senior DevSecOps Engineer – Berlin, Lisbon or Warsaw

About the role

We are looking for a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to strengthen and automate our security posture across cloud and hybrid infrastructure. You will embed security into every stage of the infrastructure lifecycle, from design through deployment, working from one of our European hubs in Berlin, Lisbon or Warsaw.

Key responsibilities

• Implement cloud‑native security controls in AWS and harden Kubernetes environments.
• Drive security best practices across CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure‑as‑code.
• Perform continuous vulnerability management, network protection and threat monitoring.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps and IP teams to ensure secure‑by‑default practices.
• Proactively identify risks, secure network perimeters and automate remediation wherever possible.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in DevSecOps or cloud security engineering.
• Proven ability to work onsite in Berlin, Lisbon or Warsaw (relocation required if not local).
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on automation and continuous improvement.
