Senior Director of Product – Industrial AI & MRI Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a senior leader to own the product function – Product Management, Technical Program Management, Systems Engineering and Quality & Compliance – and ship industrial‑scale AI‑driven MRI solutions from concept to market.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product roadmaps, programs, architectures and compliance plans across multiple market segments.
• Build and lead a high‑performing product organization, hiring and mentoring functional experts.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and certifications are integrated as business enablers.
• Translate customer insights and scientific feasibility into mass‑scale product specifications.
• Coordinate with Science and Operations to deliver globally scalable products.

Required profile

• 15+ years of professional experience with at least 7 years building organizations and shipping industrial products.
• Proven track record of delivering physical AI/embedded AI products at mass scale.
• Experience scaling deep‑tech companies from early‑stage to global reach.
• Strong engineering background with hands‑on knowledge of product management, technical program management, systems engineering and quality functions.
• Customer‑centric mindset and extreme ownership of product outcomes.
