Senior Events Content Manager

About the role

The Senior Events Content Manager will shape the narrative and content for high‑impact community and flagship experiences across brand, field, and community events. Based in Germany, you will translate strategic ideas into compelling agendas, keynote narratives, and session content that engage diverse audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead end‑to‑end content strategy for all event types, including thematic development and messaging frameworks.
• Design event agendas, keynote narratives, breakout sessions, and supporting materials in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Develop session proposals, speaker briefs, learning objectives, and speaker preparation resources.
• Identify, engage, and manage relationships with keynote speakers and external contributors, building a long‑term speaker pipeline.
• Partner with marketing and communications to produce event‑related emails, landing pages, session descriptions, and social copy.
• Track event performance metrics (attendance, engagement, NPS, session ratings) and continuously refine content strategy.
• Build scalable content systems, templates, and workflows for a growing global events portfolio.
• Manage content timelines, review processes, and approvals to ensure timely delivery of all assets.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in content strategy, event content management, corporate communications, or B2B marketing.
• Proven track record developing content for large‑scale conferences, executive presentations, or multi‑format programs.
• Strong ability to simplify complex, mission‑driven topics into engaging storytelling formats.
• Excellent collaboration skills with internal stakeholders, external speakers, and leadership teams.
