Senior FP&A Manager – Finance Leadership

About the role

As a Senior FP&A Manager you will sit at the centre of Westwing’s financial steering, partnering with the Finance Leadership Team and Executive Management to shape strategic and operational decisions across the Group.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end financial insights and performance management for the Group.
• Support the Head of FP&A & Investor Relations in day‑to‑day FP&A team operations and cross‑functional alignment.
• Monitor financial and operational performance, identify deviations and recommend corrective actions.
• Continuously optimise budgeting, forecasting and planning processes across P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Coach and develop junior team members, fostering technical excellence.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking or a large corporate finance role.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven financial analysis and modelling capabilities.
• Proactive, self‑driven attitude with ownership and ability to lead projects autonomously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, fluent in English (German a plus).
