Senior Global Content & Communications Specialist

About the role

As a Senior Global Content & Communications Specialist you will craft clear, compelling content for both marketing and corporate communications across internal and external channels. You will translate complex B2B technology and engineering topics into engaging stories that boost brand awareness, stakeholder understanding, and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2B content marketing, communication, and omnichannel campaign strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, create, edit, and optimise text, visual and video content for website, intranet, social media, email and other touchpoints.
• Manage media relations, including press releases, media inquiries and corporate communication materials.
• Support internal and external communication initiatives such as change communication and corporate messaging.
• Translate complex business, product and industry topics into clear, audience‑specific content.
• Lead content and communication projects from strategy through execution, coordinating internal stakeholders (including C‑Level) and external partners, measuring performance and driving optimisation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of content marketing experience, preferably in a B2B/mechanical engineering environment.
• Proven ability to plan, coordinate, execute and measure omnichannel campaigns across the customer journey.
• Excellent written and spoken English and German (ideally C2 level); additional languages are a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence handling multiple projects in parallel.

Required skills

• Copywriting and editorial expertise.
• Good understanding of SEO principles, keyword research and content optimisation for digital channels.
• Ability to select and create visuals, images and videos, and to brief agencies.
