Senior Global Mobility Tax Consultant

About the role
We are seeking a Senior Global Mobility Tax Consultant to join our team and support clients with complex expatriate tax advisory matters. Reporting to the Global Mobility Tax Manager, you will focus on strategic tax guidance rather than day‑to‑day compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Advise clients on tax residence, cross‑border tax implications, social security, equity plans, taxable benefits, and assignment package structures.
- Develop account strategies to boost service satisfaction and increase product usage.
- Design and implement effective tax minimisation strategies.
- Coach and mentor junior mobility tax professionals.
- Lead and participate in client meetings to strengthen relationships.
Required profile
- Proven experience in global mobility with a focus on individual tax advisory.
- Strong analytical, communication, and portfolio management abilities.
- Team‑player mindset with leadership potential.
