Senior Group Accountant (International Tech Scale‑up)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Group Accountant to join an international technology company that is scaling rapidly. The role will support the finance function as it professionalises its structures and expands globally.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and support monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Lead group consolidation activities in accordance with German GAAP (HGB) and IFRS.
• Perform intercompany reconciliations and produce related reporting.
• Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors and internal stakeholders.
• Drive accounting process improvements and contribute to finance‑related projects.
• Assist with ERP and other system‑related initiatives.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in accounting, audit or finance.
• Strong knowledge of HGB; exposure to IFRS is a plus.
• Background in international or multi‑entity environments.
• Structured, hands‑on working style.
• Fluent in German and English.
