Senior IT Solution Architect – Enterprise Applications

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Solution Architect to shape and improve our global IT landscape. You will design scalable, integrated solutions across key enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics and SAP, ensuring they align with business needs and support our digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Define, maintain and evolve the target architecture for core enterprise systems while ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Design end‑to‑end integration scenarios across CRM, ERP and related systems, establishing API strategies, data models and middleware solutions.
• Collaborate with business units (Sales, Finance, HR, Operations) to translate requirements into robust technical solutions and provide architectural guidance to senior stakeholders.
• Assess and introduce new technologies (cloud, AI, automation) based on business value and feasibility.
• Lead architectural activities in international IT projects, including CRM/ERP implementations and M&A integrations, ensuring adherence to architecture standards.
• Define and enforce architecture standards, quality assurance processes and governance frameworks.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior solution or enterprise architect in large, complex IT environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications, integration patterns and governance.
• Excellent communication skills to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and drive their adoption.
