Senior Lead Developer & Integration Architect – SAP CRM/IS‑U

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Lead Developer and Integration Architect to join our hybrid team in Germany. You will work on both legacy SAP CRM/IS‑U landscapes and the transformation to S/4HANA Utilities, collaborating with near‑shore and offshore partners across Europe and Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop applications in SAP CRM/IS‑U and S/4HANA Utilities, including quotation, campaign, lead management and digital contracting.
• Extend SAP CRM WebUI/ICWC interfaces and create Fiori apps for S/4U scenarios using ABAP OO, OData/Gateway, Workflows and BRF+.
• Own and optimise CRM middleware (BDOC/PI) and integration paths to S/4 environments, handling incident and problem management.
• Execute continuous improvements, root‑cause analysis and performance optimisation.
• Contribute to major transformation projects, prototype new technologies and work in Scrum/SAFe agile setups.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in SAP CRM/IS‑U development.
• Strong expertise in ABAP OO, OData/Gateway, BRF+ and SAP Workflows.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM WebUI/ICWC customisations and S/4HANA Utilities projects.
• Fluent in German (C2) and English.
• Comfortable working in multicultural, agile delivery environments.
