Senior M&A Manager

About the role

As Senior M&A Manager at Numa, you will own the full M&A lifecycle—from pipeline creation and target screening to deal execution, due diligence, and post‑merger integration. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the VP, you will shape the company’s growth strategy and bring AI‑driven insights into every transaction.

Key responsibilities

• Define target criteria, investment logic and strategic rationale in partnership with the VP.
• Build and maintain a proprietary deal pipeline, map markets, identify candidates and conduct early‑stage outreach.
• Design KPI‑enabled screening frameworks that prioritize targets by strategic fit, unit economics and technology/data maturity.
• Lead end‑to‑end deal processes: term sheet negotiation, commercial and strategic due diligence, valuation modelling and closing.
• Prepare investment memoranda, C‑level decision materials and manage external advisors while retaining narrative ownership.
• Develop and nurture relationships with founders, VCs, institutional investors and private‑equity partners.
• Translate complex deal dynamics into clear recommendations for the Board and senior leadership.
• Execute Numa’s post‑merger integration playbook across Operations, Tech, Finance and Commercial functions.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading M&A transactions in a senior capacity.
• Strong autonomy with a track record of managing the full deal cycle independently.
• Ability to work directly with C‑level executives and influence strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and board presentations.
