Senior Manager, GTM Strategy & Operations

About the role

adjoe is seeking a senior manager to lead and execute its global go‑to‑market (GTM) strategy as the company expands worldwide. Reporting to the Managing Director (GTM) and partnering with regional VPs of Revenue, you will translate commercial objectives into actionable plans and ensure scalable execution across Europe, North America and APAC.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a scalable global GTM strategy, defining end‑to‑end sales processes and operational cadence.
• Support sales teams on high‑priority strategic accounts throughout the deal, onboarding and scaling phases.
• Collaborate with Growth teams on strategic account development, including new product upsell initiatives.
• Act as the primary bridge between Product Marketing and the global sales organization, creating continuous enablement programs.
• Architect and maintain a global sales reporting framework that provides a single source of truth for pipeline health, forecasting and performance KPIs.
• Design, model and manage a motivating global sales commission plan.

Required profile

• Proven experience in shaping and executing GTM strategies at a senior level.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with a hands‑on approach to complex deals.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally with product, tech, and revenue teams across multiple regions.
• Track record of building scalable revenue engines and operational processes.
