Senior Marketing Manager – France

About the role

voize is building AI companions that automate digital workflows for frontline workers in senior care. As the Senior Marketing Manager for France, you will launch and grow the brand in a new market, turning a greenfield opportunity into a strong pipeline and brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own French market positioning, ICP, value propositions and competitive differentiation.
• Create and localise French‑language content such as SEO articles, case studies, landing pages and campaign assets.
• Run demand‑generation programs across SEO, LinkedIn and targeted campaigns, tracking leads in HubSpot.
• Manage co‑marketing with partners and oversee French PR/agency relationships, including representation at trade events.
• Gather market intelligence on the French care sector and feed insights back to sales and product teams.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of B2B SaaS or health‑tech marketing experience, preferably as a generalist with strong product‑marketing instincts.
• Proven track record shaping positioning, messaging and demand‑generation campaigns that deliver measurable pipeline.
• Ability to work independently in an ambiguous, new market and set direction without heavy oversight.
• Full professional proficiency in French and professional working proficiency in English.
• Willingness to be based in Berlin (or relocate) and travel occasionally to France.
