Senior Officer Master Data (m/f/d) - Hybrid Option

About the role

As a Senior Officer Master Data in BASF's Regional Treasury EMEA, you will support the Bank team by ensuring accurate customer and supplier master data, complying with fraud‑prevention standards, and contributing to various optimisation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Validate and maintain Business Partner master data in SAP R/3 (FI module).
• Execute mass‑change projects and manage small‑scale projects from initiation to completion.
• Prepare and validate new business partners, generate reports and analyses as required.
• Support optimisation projects and keep team documentation, communications and publications up to date.
• Maintain regular contact with internal units across the BASF Group.

Required profile

• Commercial vocational training or studies with first professional experience in master data management and project work.
• Confident handling of SAP R/3, especially the FI module, and strong proficiency with MS Office.
• Good understanding of process flows, Business Partner master data workflow, products, customers and entity goals.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, goal‑oriented and high customer orientation.
• Fluent English communication; additional language skills are a plus.
