Senior People Operations Specialist – Freelance

About the role

We are looking for a Senior People Operations Specialist to join Pepco’s HR team on a freelance basis. You will support day‑to‑day HR operations, manage key HR systems, and help integrate SAP Employee Central with Personio across an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational support for the full employee lifecycle, including contracts, absences, and data maintenance.
• Manage daily usage of SAP Employee Central and Personio, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
• Assist the integration project between SAP Employee Central and Personio, handling data alignment, process coordination, and testing.
• Identify and implement process improvements to create scalable, user‑friendly workflows.
• Maintain high‑quality employee data across platforms, ensuring consistency and compliance.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Several years of experience in People or HR Operations, preferably in an international setting.
• Strong knowledge of German labour law and HR compliance.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
