Senior Process Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Process Analyst to join a global technology company’s large‑scale digital transformation programme. Based near Stuttgart, you will act as a bridge between business units, IT teams and external partners to design and implement end‑to‑end supply‑chain processes that meet both local needs and global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead process analysis activities within transformation and digitalisation projects.
• Engage with business stakeholders, partners and suppliers to gather and translate requirements.
• Identify inefficiencies and develop streamlined, scalable process solutions.
• Collaborate with global process experts to design and document harmonised workflows.
• Ensure processes are sustainable and aligned with international standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in process analysis or business process management, preferably in supply‑chain or operations.
• Strong background in global transformation or digitalisation programmes.
• Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and international teams.
• Analytical mindset with a talent for turning complex requirements into practical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, structured way of working.
