Senior Product Engineer (Full‑stack, AI‑focused)

About the role

As a (Senior) Product Engineer you will shape the virtual assembly line team, building AI‑enhanced product experiences that scale globally. You will own features from concept to production, collaborate with product, design and engineering teams, and drive architectural decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own feature development end‑to‑end, from problem framing to production deployment and long‑term maintenance.
• Build and integrate AI‑powered product experiences using large language models, agents, and tool‑use patterns.
• Define feature scope together with product managers, focusing on the “why” as well as the “what”.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, API design, and AI integration patterns across teams.
• Maintain short feedback loops: prototype, ship to real users, observe, and adjust.
• Challenge assumptions and propose better technical approaches when needed.

Required profile

• Strong full‑stack proficiency in TypeScript, React/Next.js, and Node.js/NestJS.
• Demonstrable production experience building with LLMs, APIs, or similar AI components.
• Product‑ and customer‑centric mindset, focusing on user problems.
• Proven ability to own features from initial problem statement to shipped, maintained product.
• Experience collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and engineers.
