Senior Product Manager – Accounting (French speaking)

About the role

Qonto is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of accounting‑related features for its finance workspace. You will own high‑impact products from discovery through delivery, working closely with engineers, designers and domain experts to serve over 600,000 SMEs and their accountants across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for accounting features, prioritising work based on business impact.
• Deeply understand accounting workflows, regulatory constraints (e‑invoicing, FEC, OEC) and user pain points.
• Leverage AI tools (Dust, Notion AI, Claude) to automate processes and create competitive advantages.
• Challenge assumptions, prototype quickly and drive outcomes‑focused product decisions.
• Operate within an autonomous squad that decides its own approach and ships independently.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech or accounting‑tech.
• Strong expertise in accounting domains, able to differentiate concepts such as FEC and liasse fiscale.
• Product‑first mindset focused on outcomes and trade‑off decisions.
• Proven track record of shipping complex products end‑to‑end.
• Fluent French speaking ability.
