Senior Product Manager – AI‑Driven Procurement Platform

About the role

As a Product Manager at Tacto, you will build the AI‑driven procurement platform that creates price transparency, eliminates leakage and turns every buyer into a category expert. You will own product outcomes that directly impact profitability for industrial companies.

Key responsibilities

• Product Ownership – end‑to‑end responsibility for a product area such as Savings, Negotiations or Price Intelligence.
• AI‑Native Building – define and evolve AI agents, balancing automation with user control.
• Customer Discovery – interact directly with customers to uncover hidden problems and translate them into impactful features.
• Shipping with Impact – work with engineering and design in a product trio model to deliver features that drive measurable outcomes.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in a high‑velocity environment (venture, growth startup, top‑tier tech or consulting).
• Strong interest in digital products and product management with commercial sense.
• Ability to run customer discovery and engage in engineering discussions.
• Fluent in German and English.
