Senior Product Manager (F/M/X)

About the role

Ablefy, a platform that brings selling, payments, subscriptions and related operations together for coaches, consultants, creators and growing companies, is hiring a Senior Product Manager in Berlin. You will own specific capabilities within its revenue and business models, shaping how customers make money and driving high-impact outcomes across the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the owner of your product area: set the vision, define success metrics and pursue the end goal while navigating ambiguity.
• Set clear, measurable goals, validate hypotheses and align engineering and design partners to deliver business impact.
• Keep up with a fast-changing market and AI capabilities, adapting product strategy quickly.
• Build minimum lovable products, ship them fast, measure impact and iterate based on real feedback.
• Prioritize ruthlessly, focusing on the highest-leverage opportunities.
• Work closely with coaches, creators and entrepreneurs to understand their businesses and turn conversations and data into a clear picture of what to build.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a Senior Product Manager who has built high-impact products.
• Goal-oriented, decisive and comfortable working in ambiguity.
• Attentive to market dynamics, emerging AI trends and competitor movements.
• Customer-focused, able to turn customer conversations into actionable insights.
• Fluent English; German is a big plus.
