About the role

Mimetic Machines builds data for physical AI, and is looking for a Data Quality Lead in Munich. You will own data quality: review data yourself at first, then write the rules and build the team that does it. Every model the company fine-tunes inherits your calls on what counts as good data.

Key responsibilities

Review and annotate data and decide what passes.
Write clear guidelines with examples so every reviewer makes the same call.
Check reviewers' work, measure accuracy and fix the causes of mistakes.
Hire and train reviewers.
Work with engineers to improve the quality checks.

Required profile

1 to 4 years in data labeling, content review, quality control or operations, or an engineering or science degree.
Strong attention to detail.
Fluent English.
Experience leading people, or the desire to lead them.
