Senior Product Manager - General Contractors

About the role

As a Senior Product Manager for General Contractors, you will drive the AI‑powered product that transforms how construction firms create, manage, and award bid packages. You will own the product vision and deliver features used by thousands of users.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end product responsibility for core areas of the General Contractor solution.
• Identify new user groups and workflow steps within the GC process to expand the product.
• Design and launch complex B2B SaaS functionality together with design and engineering teams.
• Analyse user behavior, market trends and product metrics to uncover growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer success to ensure successful go‑to‑market for new features.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to discover new opportunities and expand product scope.
• Strong analytical skills with a pragmatic problem‑solving approach.
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English.

Required skills

• Experience using AI tools such as LLM‑based assistants, MCPs, and no‑code prototyping.
• Expertise in B2B SaaS product management, including roadmaps and user stories.
