Senior Product Manager – Member Experience

About the role

As a Senior Product Manager for Member Experience, you will own the end‑to‑end journey of creators' members across community, courses, and memberships. You will drive strategy, prioritisation, and commercial impact, using data‑driven decisions and continuous iteration after launch.

Key responsibilities

• Define the vision and roadmap for the member experience, deciding who we serve and what we build first.
• Engage directly with creators and their members through calls, tickets, and session recordings to translate feedback into concrete product changes.
• Lead go‑to‑market discussions, aligning positioning, packaging, and launch plans with marketing, sales, and support.
• Own post‑launch metrics, monitor adoption, and act on results to improve impact.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders, bringing leadership into strategy early and maintaining alignment throughout development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management, preferably in SaaS or digital‑content platforms.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Data‑driven decision making and ability to synthesize customer insights into product improvements.
• Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Required skills

• Product management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Analytics and data interpretation tools.
• Experience working with AI‑enabled product stacks is a plus.
