Senior Product Manager – Member Management

About the role

Member Management is the trust layer of Pliant, handling identity, authentication, access, permissions, the full member lifecycle and the multi‑region tenant structure. As (Senior) Product Manager – Member Management you will own how members and AI agents access Pliant, balancing bank‑grade security with a simple user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategy, roadmap and delivery for identity, authentication, access‑control, the member lifecycle and tenant management.
• Advance password‑less and adaptive authentication methods such as passkeys, eIDs, enterprise IDPs and SSO, including step‑up verification for sensitive actions.
• Build multi‑tenant, multi‑region identity solutions that enable partners and banks to launch quickly and allow members to move between tenants.
• Automate the end‑to‑end member lifecycle with HRIS sync and just‑in‑time provisioning for joiners, movers and leavers.
• Collaborate with Security, Compliance and Engineering to meet authentication, resilience and audit requirements of regulated institutions.
• Design the permissions and entitlements model that underpins other Pliant domains.
• Prepare the platform for AI agents as governed members, providing verifiable identity, scoped permissions and a full audit trail.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, fintech or identity/security platforms.
• Strong technical fluency to discuss auth flows, multi‑tenancy, integrations and system‑design trade‑offs with engineers.
• Ability to work through ambiguity, create structure and make decisions without perfect information.
• Experience coordinating with large partner banks or enterprise stakeholders is a strong plus.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
