Senior Product Manager - Merchant Intelligence and Analytics

About the role

As the Product Manager for Merchant Intelligence & Analytics (MIA), you will lead a cross‑functional team building intelligence products that demonstrate the value Constructor brings to e‑commerce businesses. You are a data storyteller and user‑experience advocate who turns fragmented analytics into proactive, guided, holistic journeys for stakeholders from digital merchandisers to executives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a product strategy and metrics for business intelligence and insights, positioning Constructor as an essential discovery platform.
• Build clear, actionable reporting that communicates impact across multiple personas via customer app, email, exports, or conversational AI.
• Own cross‑product revenue breakdown, surfacing how each step of the shopping journey drives e‑commerce performance.
• Lead and scale a cross‑functional team of engineers and a designer through the full product cycle from discovery to launch.
• Conduct deep customer research across personas and industries to understand analytics consumption and decision‑making.
