Senior Product Operations Manager – AI Workflows (Remote EU/UK)

About the role

As a Senior Product Operations Manager focused on AI Workflows, you will own and professionalise the operating system that powers product delivery across Pliant’s tech organisation. Reporting to the CPO, you will work closely with heads of product, engineering, design, commercial and support teams to embed AI‑driven processes into daily workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and continuously evolve Pliant’s Product Operating System, consolidating roadmaps, PRDs, OKRs, feature‑request triage, release management and KPI dashboards into a single AI‑powered platform.
• Develop and ship AI‑enabled workflows that automate PRD drafting, feature‑request triage, release notes and other routine product tasks.
• Establish product analytics foundations together with the Data team, creating dashboarding infrastructure, KPI governance and data‑quality standards.
• Evaluate, rationalise and optimise the product tool stack (Notion, Jira, AI builders such as Cursor, Claude, n8n, Gumloop, Make).
• Coach product managers on new tools and processes, capture institutional knowledge and raise the bar for product work.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Strategy & Operations or Technical Program Management, preferably in a fast‑growing B2B SaaS or platform business.
• Hands‑on AI power‑user comfortable with modern AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Notion AI) and building low‑code/no‑code workflows.
• Systems thinker who can design scalable operating models without adding bureaucracy.
• Strong written communication skills and empathy for product managers.
