Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead a dynamic team of 30+ creatives on‑site in Mountain View. You will work closely with Creative Directors and a broader group of 60+ talented professionals to deliver large‑scale digital projects for leading brands.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Creative Directors to set design standards and drive project vision.
• Lead cross‑functional teams through the full lifecycle of websites, branding, content, and other digital initiatives.
• Inspire clients and internal teams, establishing clear direction, guidelines, and presentation materials.
• Assist with production and delivery when needed, ensuring high‑quality outcomes.
• Navigate a low‑process environment by solving problems proactively and optimistically.

Required profile

• 7+ years of design and interactive experience with leading brands.
• Strong presentation skills for stakeholders at all levels.
• Deep knowledge of visual design, user‑centered experience design, interaction design, and brand development.
• Passion for typography, graphic design, hardware, AI, and technology products.
• Entrepreneurial, independent spirit with a collaborative, point‑of‑view driven mindset.
