Senior Recruiter – Hybrid, Dresden, Germany

About the role

Kelly is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join its international RPO team on a hybrid basis in Dresden. You will manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a global leader in materials engineering, primarily for Germany and other European markets.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and design sourcing strategies.
• Utilise job boards, social media and networking to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews and coordinate hiring‑manager interviews.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and ensure a smooth interview process.
• Support candidates and managers through offer negotiation and contract administration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of full‑life‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in technology, engineering or IT.
• Strong knowledge of German labour law and experience working with European talent markets.
• Professional fluency in English and German; additional European languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System, preferably Workday.
• Experience in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) environments.
